Cask at Furlongs, Faversham on 30th April 2022. Deep coppery amber with shallow off-white foam and scant lacing. Mild aroma of caramel and nuttiness. Malty in-mouth with some bitterness; both notes lingering in finish. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Cask at The Royston, Broadstairs, 17/09/21. Chestnut brown with a light beige head. Nose is biscuit, toffee, earthy hop, dried fruits. Taste comprises toffee, tobacco, nutty twang, fruit rinds, bourbon biscuit crumbs. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light drying close spiked with balanced earthy hop bitterness. Solid bitter.
