29/11/2025. Bottle at the ITFC beer share. Courtesy of Boris, cheers! Good think pour. Intense aroma of chocolate, cocoa, coffee, maple syrup, sweet bourbon, chocolate sponge cake. Very sweet, chocolate, syrupy taste. Full bodied, smooth, very soft carbonation. Really good.

Pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, some maple syrup, coffee, mild nutty and chocolaty tones with a bit of wood and alcohol as well. Flavour is very much like the aroma, but has some vanilla and mild bourbony sweetness to it as well. Good sipper.

Poured pitch black in color.
Roastedness, vanilla and even some ash. Flavour very sweet with vanilla pods, light coconut. Long finish. Heavy sipper.

Opaque colour, no head. Roasted aroma with cocoa nibs and coffee. Full-bodied. Flavour is similar, cocoa, coffee, maple syrup sweetness.

Bottle from De Koffer, Groningen. Rich chocolate with bourbon, dark chocolate, vanilla, roast, some coffee. Fairly bitter, some alcohol, moderate to medium sweet. Long dark chocolate finish. Delicious.

Medium body, a bit grainy texture. Boozy, a touch sweet, maple, roasty coffee. Smooth, very nice.
