With Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe in whirlpool and dryhopping, we added Southern Cross SubZero hop Kief for extra hoppy touch...

On tap at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Dark brown, small tan head. Moderately hoppy, citrusy. Roasty and burnt balance. Toast, dark roasted coffee and caramel flavour. Moderate bitterness. Slightly harsh and burnt. Some nuts and spices, even anise seed. Caramel. Medium body, soft carbonation, light bitterness. Light dry finish.

On tap at Goblet Zagreb. Black coloured, medium sized brownish head, light coffeeish chocolate nose. Roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, light ashy and bit watery with quite strong bitterness. Light roasty finish.
