This Italian Pilsner was brewed true to style - grassy and herbal from the hops, balanced with subtle complexity from a very light dry hop. It has a distinct bitterness, more than a German Helles or Czech Pils would have. It is light in color and malt flavor. It is aged a bit less than our other pilsners - this is intentional. The style is usually not aged more than 4-5 weeks and is unfiltered.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, biscuit malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, herbs, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average durationpale malt, sweet malt, biscuit malt, grass, floral, herbs - grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
