This Italian Pilsner was brewed true to style - grassy and herbal from the hops, balanced with subtle complexity from a very light dry hop. It has a distinct bitterness, more than a German Helles or Czech Pils would have. It is light in color and malt flavor. It is aged a bit less than our other pilsners - this is intentional. The style is usually not aged more than 4-5 weeks and is unfiltered.

Ljusgul vätska, lätt och krispig med en lätt gräsig beska. Drickvänlig utan att vara tråkig

44 cl can poured in to a footed glass. Slightly hazy golden colour with a medium-sized white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, pale malts and floral hoppy notes. The taste is light bitter. Medium body. Dry and bitter finish. Lovely, crisp Pils.

7/IX/24 - sampled @ BBP Wanderlust Beer Festival (Brussels), BB: n/a (2024-878) Thanks to my GBV buddies for sharing today’s beers!

Clear pale light blond beer, big solid creamy white head, stable, very adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, lots of cow fodder, barn yard, ok. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, some citrus notes, a bit soapy, grains, bitter, rather pleasant. Aftertaste: fruity touch, a bit grassy, barnyard, citrus, refreshing, good!

mild pils, slightly flowery but very rounded, mild bitterness you can hardly notice the hops, resembles italian pils a lot. flavor is malty, very slightly grassy - and the little bit there is, suits the beer, complex sweet herbal like hoppy flavor, again well balanced to the rest. A flavorful version of Italian pils, still balanced and tastes like good quality - the hops are a bit more american/scandinavian towards the end, but it works out.

Can. An unclear golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and a bit of hops, leading to a bitter finish.
