This Italian Pilsner was brewed true to style - grassy and herbal from the hops, balanced with subtle complexity from a very light dry hop. It has a distinct bitterness, more than a German Helles or Czech Pils would have. It is light in color and malt flavor. It is aged a bit less than our other pilsners - this is intentional. The style is usually not aged more than 4-5 weeks and is unfiltered.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, biscuit malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, herbs, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average durationpale malt, sweet malt, biscuit malt, grass, floral, herbs - grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Can 44 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a white head. Faint floral hop aroma. Medium bodied, super dry and crisp maltiness. Great hop notes. Decent bitterness. 110224

Can from føtex.Clear golden colour with medium white head.Aroma of hops and grain.mouth feels is less malty and more light taste hint of grass and watery finish.
