La Blanche Dubuisson est une exclusivité ! Elle a avant tout été créée pour nos micro-brasseries. Nous la mettons en bouteille de 75cl en quantité très limitée et elle n’est disponible que dans peu d’endroits. Un produit rare donc, pour une bière blanche particulièrement bonne et bien réussie! Une petite exclusivité à tester donc!

Bottled 750ml. -from Spazio Conad Portogruaro, shared with Marko & Hrabren. Hazy pale golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, coriander and mild lemony nose. Same in the taste; lemony, spicy, coriander and light floral with yeasty touch in the finish.

0.75 l bottle thanks to Ogi, shared with Marko and him. Unclear golden, medium lasting white head. Light citrusy, orange, spicy. Light floral touch. Slightly soapy, citrus flavour, grainy, lightly spicy and lightly yeasty. Light body, moderate to high carbonation. Minimal bitterness. Refreshing. Slightly artificial. Light dry finish.

0.75l bottle courtesy of Ogivlado, shared with him and will be shared with Hrabren. Misty orange body, off-white head. Fresh citric aroma, zesty, mild coriander, bit dusty, peppery, but mostly sweetish. Unusual taste, dry, fresh, but the main flavor is at first (similar to) alcohol, in a 5% beer. There's a nice citric touch again, but the finish is abrupt, bit oddly dully herbal. It corrects itself in the end, but not sure what to think of it as a whole, a 3.0 that went to 3.4 as it warmed.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours opaque pale gold, transparent, with abundant white foam, very fine. Aroma is a little spiced, herbaceous and grainy. Body is average, with moderate carbonation and an alcoholic beginning. Taste is medium sweet. Final is fairly short and clean.
