Nová série Czech Hops si klade za cíl prozkoumat potenciál použití českých novošlechtěných chmelů ve spojení s pivními styly založenými na pokročilých technikách studeného chmelení. Vybrali jsme chmel Most a napárovali ho s chmelovým blendem Fusion. Výsledkem je velmi pitelná NEIPA s ovocnými, květinovými a pryskyřičnými tóny.

500ml Can - Murky golden in colour. Stone fruits, grapefruit, pine and some slightly oniony and sweet notes in the aroma. Grapefruit, pine, bubblegum and some hints of strawberries all feature in the hoppy and slightly zingy and sweet taste.

Tap at sedm°. Misty yellow-golden body, off-white head. Sweetish peachy notes and light onion in the aroma, but not rough - in a NZ way when the NZ way is good. Before it warmed a little, the same lightly oniony, mostly herbal NZ-style touches come up - Most thankfully grew out of its hyperonion phase, and it's mostly sweetish pineapple and citric notes. Fusion CZ and Most being exciting again, with NOZIB making a very good, juicy beer from them as well - big props! Will hopefully try again and see if it can get more, but huge respect for pulling this off nonetheless!
