Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Tap at Brustok. Hazy golden-yellow body, lasting off-white head. Phenolic aroma, cloves dominate it, not that much coppiness. Sweetish-seeming for a brut, caramelly notes, lightly peachy, plenty of cloves in the taste. Okay, unusual, more Belgian than Brut.
