Adriatic Ale is a pale ale beer with rosemary.
Rosemary in Latin means sea dew. This beer brings the refreshment of the sea breeze on a hot summer day and the true taste of the Adriatic. Adriatic Ale offers refreshing and harmonious flavors of citrus, along with the gentle, aromatic bitterness of rosemary. Served at the right temperature of 8 to 10 degrees Celsius, it will go perfectly with a light Mediterranean meal. Rosemary is also a symbol of loyalty, so we are sure that you will always be loyal to this beer.

0.33 l bottle thanks to Dina who brought it from Deja brew, Zadar. Hazy amber, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel candy, butter, herbs, rosemary. Light to medium body, slightly slick and cloying. Sweet, caramely, sharp herbal notes, rosemary intense, butter. Soft carbonation, light bitterness, some tannins in the finish. Dry finish. Messy.

Rating No. 16300 Bottled 330ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Unclear pale golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, rosemary and butter in the nose. Rosemary, butter, light bready and some acidity in the finish. Messy and simply not good.

Bottled, courtesy of Riba, huge thanks for sharing with us! Hazy golden body, off-white head. Enormous wormwood-like (pelin) aroma, hoppy touches, spicy, mild rosemary, bit creamy. The taste, creamy, bit yeasty, showcases the rosemary better, though it does feel slightly in need of tweaking. As it stands, it's a bit of a gimmick - I'm a huge rosemary fan and it didn't push my buttons exactly right. Would be interesting to try it with some lamb though.
