From the ex mugi shop, Bussigny, opening this overcarbonated can, yesterday, at home, preparing a tartare. Fair pale ale, rather light body, huge white foam, dry malt and cereal with a generous fruity touch of strawberry, bitter and citrus, 30.05.24

0.5 l can thanks to Ogi who brought it from Serbia, shared with Marko and him. Hazy orange, large rocky off-white head. Aroma is lightly hippy fruity, pineapple. Yeasty. Lightly phenolic. Flavour is messy, yeasty, fruity, bready, oaty. Light body, moderate carbonation. Some bitterness. Moderately lasting dry finish.

0.5l can, huge thanks Ogi for sharing with Hrabren and me! Murky yellow-orange body, enormous, fairly lasting ivory head. Peachy, jammy aroma, sweetish, caramelly, yeasty touches later. Lean, dry taste, bit lemony-tart, some jammy stone fruit notes, floral, mildly funky. Odd, very dried out. Some of the notes in the aroma and taste seems like a (still) mild brett infection, which might be helping it along. Drinkable at least!
