Tap at the brewpub. The guy behind a bar is a fucking legend I have to say, sniffed out immediately what I was in for, after correctly suggesting the Maisel, brought this one without even asking. Huge props! Anywho, to the beer. Subdued, bit chalky, mildly peppery aroma, some mild acetaldehyde. Soft taste, some grape candy touches, floral, herbal, peppery, light green apple here as well. Mildly bitter, lightly astringent. The least interesting of the three I hate to say.

# 4048; 1/2024. Zesty, malty, citrus aroma. Clear gold body; persistent white head. Zesty herbal, hay, very bitter finish. Good IPL. 0,5 l, draught, brewpub, Olomouc (Moravia, CZ).
