Hops inspired by the American west coast with a yeast from the East. This is our take on a classic. Pours golden in colour, with a slight haze and a lingering tight, white head. Dry hopped 3 times with a mix of American, Australian and German hops; On the aroma you are greeted straight away with notes of pine, peach and passionfruit. On the palate apricot and naval orange shine through with a well-balanced bitterness backed up by a subtle sweetness from the south pacific hops and the unique yeast we use. Full bodied and medium carbonation make this IPA surprisingly easy to drink.
Hoppy, strong and bursting with flavour.
Hops: Simcoe, Cascade, Azacca, Mandarina Bavaria, Zythos
Malts: Maris Otter, Caramalt, Munich, Torrefied Wheat
Yeast: Neipa
ABV: 6%
IBU: 55
SRM: 7
15°
Note: IBU changed from 55 back to 60 at some point.
Original description (2016):
Inspirirana IPA-ima američkog sjeveroistoka. Zlatne boje s bogatom pjenom, dok aroma odaje note borovine, breskve i marakuje. Na paleti okusa izdvajaju se marelica te naranča, a dobro ujednačena gorčina upotpunjena je slatkoćom južnopacifičkog hmelja i jedinstvenog kvasca. Vrlo pitka IPA punog okusa i srednje karbonizacije. 6.5%, 60 IBU, SRM: 7

Pours clear gold, low head medium resistance. Aroma floral and herbal. But taste is bitter hit (grapefruit) and then some peach. Not balanced enough. Medium body and carbonation. Bitter dry finish that last. Not pleased.

Clear golden color with medium white head. Aroma: papaya, mango, pine. Taste: resin, papaya, mango, the only thing I don't like here is high and un-, natural bitterness. Medium body, light to moderate carbonation, high bitterness.

Draught @ Fox and Hounds, Sønderborg. Pours hazy amber with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with notes of yeast. Bitter flavour of hops and citrus, with sweetish touches of yeast and hints of malt and fruit. Bitter and acidic aftertaste with estery notes. Clean and decent.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Beer in the glass deep golden, nice small head. Wonderful hoppy-fruity aroma. Starts fine hoppy, flowery, light bitter background. Nice fruity notes of apricot, mild lemon. Finish well balanced, still wonderful fruity hoppy. Quite drinkable. Nice one!

33cl can. Intense floral nose. The beer starts deeply hopped, very intense bittered with a deep pine and resin floralness. The body is in the back, the intense bitter hopped floralness with pine and resin is in the foreground. Fantastic bitter hop oily aftertaste. Great depth and easy to drink.

Clear orange beer, big irregular creamy yellowish head, little stable, bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty resinous, some solvents, oranges, tropical fruits, slightly malty touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: little sweet, some caramel malts, pretty bitter, lot of oranges, some orange peel, tangerines, hint of almonds. Aftertaste: very bitter, resinous hops, fruity, some troipcal fruits, nice one!
