Bottle, 0.5l. Clear copper pour, one finger soapy off-white head, medium retention, broken lacing on the glass. Quite mild on the nose, grainy, malty, light smoked bacon notes. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture, lightweight and easily drinkable, mild fizzy. Bittersweet taste that is more on the sweet side. Aroma of caramel malt, grains, smoked bacon. Lightly toasted, wood and bread notes. Medium lasting finish, bittersweet, slightly dry, lingering bacon notes. Mild and subdued smoked beer. Not bad but not that great either.

On tap at X bar, Zagreb. Clear amber, small head. Aroma is malty and caramely at first, some dried fruit and berries and a soft smoke note after that. Flavour is malty, caramely, sweet, fruity, red fruit, berries, smoke. Quite sweet, still quite drinkable. Light to medium body, soft to moderate carbonation, minimal bitterness, finishes semi-dry.

Tap at Medvedgrad Ilica. First the guy insists I take a big one, even though I ordered a small, then after I relented, having heard some quite positive reviews of it, shortchanges me for 20c. Congrats, last time I'm convinced to get my ass here on my own. Anyway, clear golden-amber body, thick off-white head. Oily, olives, smokey aroma. Creamy taste, oily/olive notes in a good way, smokey, subtle, drinkable, the underlying mild hoppy touch is sublime. Great balance even if the smoke notes are atypical. Chuggable stuff! I'd suggest catching it on tap... Maybe not here even if it's in best shape, or just be more careful.

Bottled 500ml. -from Pomalo Zagreb. Clear darker golden/amberish coloured, medium sized off-white head, mild smoke in the nose. Sweetish malty, gentle smoke, bready and mild smoked sausages with bitterish finish. Bit watery, also more smoke wouldn't hurt.
