We picked the figs for this one ourselves in Bibinje (near Zadar). They were rich in sugar which was mostly fermented by the mix of microorganisms we use, hence the higher ABV in this one, but the fig character is very evident in the aroma, smelling a lot like being around a fig tree or the very skins of the fruit.

Bottle 330 ml, at Ambasada. Amber with small off white head. Vinous, citric, some figs I guess, vinegar. Too sour and vinegarish for me.

Bottled, Ambasada. Huge thanks Iznogud! Hazy amber-red body, no head. Acetic note in the aroma, perfumey... something, didn't identify it as figs, the maltiness noticable underneath. Lean, dry taste, lactic, maybe acetic, not getting that much fruitiness in it, not discernable fruitiness at least. It ends sour but also too astringent for my tastes. Uhh, the first Duality I didn't enjoy terribly much I reckon. Might retry at some point, with 200% full focus to make sure, but hey, you win some (like the 10)...

Bottled 330ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb, shared wth hrabren. Unclear amberish coloured, minimal off-white head, tartish nose with maybee whiff of figs. Sourish fruity, winey, touch of barrel and discreet touch of figs with rather dry finish.

0.33 l bottle shared with Ogi at Ambasada, Zagreb. Unclear ruby red, lilac hue. Small off-white head. Subtle cherry, soft vinous note. Hints of coffee for some reason, probably hints of oak, tannins and ripe fruit. Funky, glue in traces. Final touches of sweet strawberry and blood orange. Mild acidity on the nose. Moderate sourness. Intense red fruity, cherry, red grapes, red wine, oak. Drinkable, intense sourness in the back. Good balance. Sharp sour finish.
