Most of us are looking forward to the upcoming Christmas holidays... except maybe the Easter Bunny.
Well, Bummer!
It'll be easier to get through it with one beautiful imperial pastry porter. We explored the limits, both with body and drinkability, as well as with the absorption of large amounts of chocolate and vanilla. It's smooth and rich, just be careful - it's an 11,2% beast.
This is why we brew!

Limenka 0,5L - kupljena u Spicy daysu - osobno volim ovakva piva.
Kako i kaže opis, čokolada i vanilija, slatkasto s dovoljno gorčine, slabije gazirano, bez pjene.

From tap at Frontaal Little Bar, Utrecht. Sweet with lots of chocolate, vanilla, roast, caramel, sugar, marshmallow. Pretty sweet with a mild bitterness. Above medium body. Very pastry-like, but roasty as well.

Pours black, brownish head. Vanilla sweet aroma. Taste chocolate and coconut, but vanilla and coconut with adjuncts gave weird buttery taste. That weird taste with vanilla is in aftertaste. Hard to drink. Expected more.

Tap at Valhalla Zagreb. Black body, off-white head. Oddly buttery aroma, cocoa hitting after, smooth and sweet, but slightly repugnant at first whiff.Sweeeet taste, lean, cocoa, light vanilla, the buttery notes coming up again. Not much more. This is a sipper I didn't have in a sipper situation, but still, I find the flavor and body combo uncharacteristically not that functional for Pulfer standards. They usually do far better and/or closer to my tastes even with fuller-bodied beers - I somewhat struggled to finish the 0.3l...
