Tap at Zil verne, roughly 3-4 months ago. Blackboard said 7,2% and 14°P, no idea about vintage. Thin body, med-low carbonation. Lots of sour cherry, light vanilla, honeyish, slightly waxy. Rather restrained farmhouse, but that is not bad. Medium sourness, light tartness. A hint of sulfur. Good one, easy drinking.

Bottled 375ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & hrabren. Ruby red coloured, small off-white head, tart cherries in the nose. Mild spicy, tart cherries, touch of glue and cherry skin with short dryish finish.

0.375 l bottle thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Unclear ruby red, pink head. Nice rich fruity profile, lots of cherry, raspberry, red fruit, cherry skins, tannins. Light barrel showing up, followed by young Brett notes. Funky, spicy, prickly. Smooth, drinkable. Moderate sourness, soft cherry juice, but quite heavy on the barrel. Tannic, slightly rough. Finish slides towards (over)ripe red fruit. Thin, light finish, dry with a lasting barrel and tannic presence.

Bottle from Base Camp, with Ogi and Hrabren. Hazy darker ruby body, traces of a pinkish head. Huge tart, bit wild, dry cherry aroma, vinuous, quite pleasant! Creamy, smooth, sweetish taste, excellent cherry profile, not much funk, some glue which grows a bot, or sticks around, not too saisonish, bit minerally, umami and cherries to be honest. Very much tasty, excellent really.
