Double NEIPA - Mosaic, Nelson Sub Zero, HBC 586 Cryo

Cosmic Collision is Double NEIPA in collaboration with Portuguese brewery Ophiussa. That's why we have Portugal colors on the label.

Daniel and I agreed that dank DIPA is what we want to brew. HBC 586 in Cryo from Freestyle, Nelson Sauvin in Sub Zero HOp Kief which is concentrated lupulin and Mosaic T90 for DDH.

On tap at Ambasada. Hazy orange with medium white head. Fruity, citrus, some tropical notes, sweetish with some light bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.

Canned, from Ambasada or Goblet, shared with Sibeeria and Hoppy People at the Beergeek Bar. Hazy amber-yellow body, off-white head. Wild strawberries, maltiness, herbal touches, citrus fruits and a hint of bubblegum in the aroma, quite nice! Creamy taste, strawberries, lightly jammy, herbal, soft maltiness, not much bitterness. Tasty!

0.5 l can shared with Suki and PBF_pivica. Hazy orange, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy. Intense fruity, citrusy, grapefruit, orange zest, alcohol. White grapes. Medium to full body, alcohol warmth. Berries, grapes, perfume, banana. Sweet, slightly tart citrusy, juicy, minimal bitterness.

On tap at Goblet Zagreb. Unclear orange/golden coloured, medium sized white to off-white head, fruity and mild pineapple in the nose. Sweet malty, fruity, light pineapple and mild herbal with noticable alcohol. Fruity finish. Bit boozy but not bad at all.
