Základní suroviny činí z 2/3 plzeňský slad a 1/3 nesladovaná pšenice. Vařilo se v červnu 2022. Pivo následně kvasilo 3 dny na varně pomocí White Labs Belgian Sour Mix 1 (obsahující Saccharomyces, Lactobacillus, Pediococcus, Brettanomyces) a ještě Brettanomyces bruxellensis navíc. Zrálo 14 měsíců ve 2 sudech po víně. Následně byly přidány švestky ve formě povidel. Nakonec oba sudy blendovány dohromady.

Tap at Pivní Zastávka. Hazy orange-amber, off-white head. Plums, dusty and herbal wild yeast touches. Lean, dry taste, oaky and plummy, lightly bready but fun, mild to medium sourness. Not bad, different, but 0.3l feels a bit much, bit too full at moments, still, I really appreciate what they were trying to do here, raising the overall score a bit.

Der Biername, welcher für mich einen Laut darstellt, mit dem man sonst Tiere vertreibt kommt mir etwas komisch vor, aber so darf man sich nicht beklagen, dass er nicht kreativ ist. Es ist ein mit Zwetschken versetztes Sauerbier, das dementsprechend fruchtig und sauer und das in einer tollen Natürlichkeit und Balance ⚖️. Nichts für den klassischen Biertrinker, aber wenn man sich darauf einlässt, ein tolles Getränk.
