We aged an extremely strong stout for two years in barrels of the rare and desirable Willett bourbon, which conveyed not only a pleasant line of American oak, but also notes of vanilla and walnuts. A dense dark malt body and a really warm experience await you. Lukáš Kladívko took care of the label art.

Bottle. Very full body, light carbonation. Medium alco warmth, pretty soft feeling though, balanced by lots of flavour. Med-high sweetness and bitterness, good balance overall. Loads of chocolatey maltiness, light deep roast and caramel. Moderate woodiness, both raw and providing a solid bourbon flavour twist. Very well balanced overall, rich tasty, a very good sipper.

Dark Brown color with low beige head. Aroma: rich and intense - chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, pralines, coconut. Taste: rich, complex with lots of bourbon influence, sweet, vanilla, cinnamon, licorice, pralines, ABV only nicely warming. Full body, low carbonation. Dessert, warming with tons of complexity.

Tap at Zichovec Beer Fest 2023. Blackish body, off-white head. BIg aroma, caramel, brittle, alcohol, dried fruit, barrel, quite interesting. Lean, dry, quite boozy taste, dried figs, sweetish caramel, sourish I reckon from the barrel, solid hits of alcohol. Okay overall, but didn't do it for me. Might rerate upon revisit, this one was definitely slightly later in the day, with so many impys at the fest, though I recall it fairly well.
