Minimally grainy and minimally starchy, pale malty aroma, floral hoppy overtones, hints of honey. Taste is minimally grainy-bready and minimally starchy, pale malty, slightly bitter, minimally floral hoppy, a touch of honey, minimally metallic overtones. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Simple and monotonous - not really convincing.

Sweetish, slightly fruity-floral aroma of lemon peel, gooseberry and a touch of honey. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral taste of grains, honey, lemon peel and some gooseberry, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant, well-balanced Bock, nicely aromatic and fresh.
