Brewed in collaboration with Seattle-based brewery Fast Fashion, this IPA is layered with super fresh Riwaka, Nelson and Motueka hops. Soft, bouncy and sherbet-y with flavours reminiscent of raspberry, mango, pineapple and mojitos.

(tap 0,2l @ Malt Worm (Brno)) Overall: Nice unusual citrusy hoppy. Aroma: Citrusy, lemon, lime, grapes. Appearance: Cloudy yellow. Long lasting white head. Taste: Light sweet, citrusy, lemon, lime, grapes, light bitter. Palate: Medium body. Light bitter finish.

Tap at Prague Beer Fest 2024. Murky yellow body, white head. Riwaka herbal-painty notes dominate the aroma, but citrus shows up as well in force. Similar in the taste, Riwaka odd herb notes, but with plenty of citrus. Kinda of a Riwaka overload, though I'm sure Nelson could have contributed some of its special notes. Nice though.

Can at home, after a day at Blenheim Palace, 21st December 23. Pours a great looking yellow thick haze, with a solid white frothy head. Aroma is tropical fruits, spiked resin, citrus. Taste is super bright, punchy, grapes, tropical fruit, Nelson is sitting comfortably with the other hops in combination. Superb IPA, maybe Beaks best to date.

440ml can. Murky yellow, small white head. Aroma of ripe tropical fruits, mango, berries, white wine. Taste is fruity, tropical, mango, berries, white wine, citrus zest, pine. Medium bodied and very well balanced. Loved this, one of Beak's finest.
