Apple juice and honey were boiled together to maximize flavor and then fermented to 15.1 abv.
Apple varieties in the mix were mostly Szara Reneta together with Golden Delicious, Topaz, Idared and Jonagold.
Wildflower honey.
Big sweet and tart Polish mead.

Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a clear dark amber. Aroma has a nice rich dark apple character, caramel, and deep honey nectar. Flavour is rich, with deep honey nectar, light spiciness, caramel apples, and toffee. Rich and cohesive, with endless depth. Fantastic.

Bottle pour at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear brown. Deep brown honey and caramelized apples on the nose. Flavour has caramelized apples, and sweet dark honey; lots of rich, dark sugars all very well integrated. Excellent.

Bottle sample at Prague Beer Fest 2024. Huge thx Dime! Reddish body. Apple rakija basically in the aroma, nice apple presence, but also heavy alcohol. Sweet apple-driven taste, pleasant honey touches, light woody notes and better hidden alcohol. Shame the aroma's so rough, this is class!
