When festivities begin, brewing work slows and it's time to give the tools a rest. Perfect opportunity to brew a Pilsner. One that we dream of. Bright citrus and herbal, floral hops with a golden halo of pale malt and crisp bitter finish.

Tried in our beer flight at the Boilermaker House, Melbourne. Pale golden with a white head. Slightly floral aroma, light sweet medium body.

Can. Just unclear gold with a white head. Aroma of fresh bread, some lemon, spices. Not trying to be too clean with somewhat rustic bready malt before firm floral & spicy bitterness. A rambunctious pils.
