Draft at Mountain Culture, Redfern. Sydney. Poured a clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is yeasty, cardboard. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a somewhat light, crispy, bready, cardboard, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Nose does hay, spicy and herbal hops, soft bready malt.Flavours include more hay, spicy hops ,grassy notes.

Can. Very pale clear gold with a modest white head. Aroma of light but grainy bread. Moderately sweet, clean with light bread and moderate, somewhat peppery bitterness.
