Can. Near opaque dark brown beer, decent bubbly pale tan head. Smooth and semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Smooth and pretty light dark malts, modest dark chocolate Malteasers. A mild nutty vibe. Smooth and semi dry finish. Supremely drinkable for the abv, but the flavour profile is a serious let down. Pleasant but lacking any richness.

440ml can from Left Field Beer, Solihull. Poured almost black in colour with a short-lived, frothy dark tan head. The aroma is roasted malt, pistachio, dark chocolate. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a rich, dry, smooth, oily, roasty, chocolate, light floral, warm boozy alcohol bitter palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Can from Eltham Wines. Black pour with a tan head. Nose is Milky bar, nuts, honeycomb, touch of vanilla. Taste is honeycomb, definitely white chocolate, butterscotch, vanilla, creamy coffee. Rich, sweet warming finish. Interesting very tasty brew.
