Handpull cask at the Queens Road Tap, Leicester. Mid-gold and clear with a small spotty off-white head. The aroma's got notes of caramel, some orange with a peppery note. Something else, maybe smoke, maybe even leather. Intriguing. Taste is sweet, malty and a bit herbal with doughy notes. Turns bitter mid-sip to the long-finish. Now this is hard to rate. 10/10 for originality for sure! But it's also decent in its own right.

Large foamy white head on an unclear finely carbonated amber coloured body. Nicely balanced aroma. Medium bodied, soft & foamy over the tongue with a cloying back. Orange, tobacco, peach & caramel tastes with a bitter pine finish. Good drinker.
