As good as no head, faintly veiled golden liquid, uncarbonated. End of bottle solid yeast. Sourish nose, but especially animal nose, as something from cages. Further wine grapes, soda water (despite no visible carbonation), dry white wine. Pastry dough, demi-sec white wine, raisins welled in wine. Faraway hint at cilandro, appleskins. Light body, feels better carbonated than it utterly doesn't look, slick. Nice, delicate but not stellar.
