Sweet-ish fruity and lactic, tart-ish, minimally tangy aroma, minimally grainy, malty background, hints of strawberry, rhubarb, a touch of sauerkraut and grape sugar. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally sugary, fruity and malty, lactic tart and mildly tangy, hints of strawberry and a touch of grape sugar, hints of rhubarb and a touch of sauerkraut. Minimally oily, watery texture, slightly astringent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Balanced on a rather high level of tartness and sweetness, fairly refreshing - decent.
