For this 8% Double IPA we hopped it with three hops that have just wowed us all year with their explosive flavors and aromatics - Citra, Sabro, & Vic Secret.
Citra, with it's classic dank, yet tropical fruit profile, has no trouble standing on it's own, but also loves working with other hops. Sabro, with it's interesting and unique profile of treated cedar wood and soft, creamy coconut. Vic Secret, with that ripe pineapple and sugary sweet smelling weed profile.

Aromas are citrus, onions and dry grain. Flavors are similar to nose, with great balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Satisfying easy drinking beer. Could easily have another.

Appearance - 5 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Can at home shared with Laura. Hazy pale yellow color, medium to full sized white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, grassy hops, decently bitter, softly citrusy. Nothing too special but quite alright.
