Pous slightly unclear, warm blonde. Medium sized, very stable white head. Scent is BE yeast, estery, bit rough, mildly hoppy (green hops) Taste is sharp, bitter, fairly dry, BE yeast, very malty (bready) . Carbonation is very high (as dictated by the style) but it's more generic tastewise than i'm used to - less perfumy. And that is a good thing for my drinking pleasure, perhaps a bit less good for being a specific 'Biere brut'. Not fully dry either. Ends very estery. Think BE tripel with a sharper carbonation profile, and a tad more hoppyness .
