Brewed with our friends Joe Orsa and Dave Rausch, the original Millstadt homebrewers, this golden lager has a smooth grainy-sweet malt flavor, floral hop character with restrained bitterness keep the balance toward the malt, but not sweet. Refreshing, soft, and crisp.

Aromas are clean, fresh dry grain and malt. Flavors are similar to nose, mildly sweet up front with a easy bitter finish. Good body and carbonation. Nice drinking beer.

16 oz. can. Aroma is soft malt, light yeast. Flavor is honey-like malt, minerals, subtle lemon. Texture shows a crispness. Mild bitterness. Great example of the style.
