It’s our Birthday!! February 15th 2019 we opened the doors to our brewery in Rupià. To celebrate the first 5 years of DKB we brewed 5è Anniversary IPA. 5è is very much in line with the character of the beers we love to drink and brew at DKB, always drinkable, always a good time. This beer is the grown up version of Sunny Nelson, one of the first beers we brewed. Bright pale yellow with Simpsons malts and packed with Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka.

Draught, half pint @Oflanaghans, Compostela. 24/05/2024 [#7.480 Global - #1.429 Spain - #2 DOSKIWIS BREWING] Pours cloudy yellow with a lacing white head. Aroma: peach, lemongrass and zesty hops. Taste: lemon zest, lactose, light vanilla. Sweet. Next one, please!

44cl can, merci à l'équipe du El Birrot de m'avoir sauvé une cannette.
BB 14/10/2024. Bière anniversaire reprenant pour l'occasion tous des houblons NZ.
Dorée sur le pâle, col épais et crémeux bien tenace blanc.
Arôme est frais super parfumé par les houblons - allant sur le tropical avec un léger nez résineux en rétro-nasal. Pungent, résine avec une pointe de groseille verte fraîche, citron vert rappelant un côté cocktail mojito lais repris par les notes de malts.
Palais est dank avec de suite un côté hop burn - ail en poudre repris en retrait par l'apport houblonné dont un Motueka qui confère des notes de résine et de pin. Herbacé avec ce côté sac frais de houblons, poudreux en fin de bouche jouant sur un léger fruité tropical de litchi.
