Wake up, PEOPLE!!! They’re always watching, listening, following, pooping, watching. Birds, that is. Be real quiet and definitely don’t read this under any power lines. Those are not cute little, feathered animals in the sky. They’re top-secret spying drones run by the gubment. Avian enemies of freedom is more like it.

Birds aren’t real but this beer totally is and it will help that red pill go down. Brewed with a secret recipe and hop combo (not super secret - it’s Simcoe, Citra, Sabro). This beer is sure to have you questioning reality.

Birds Aren’t Real. IYKYK but IYDKYKN

Pint can from Wagner Market, 5/23/24. Murky orange, medium off-white head, average retention. Aroma of vanilla, mango, grapefruit. Taste is pineapple, mango, pale malt. Juicy, moderate bitterness. A little odd but decent.

473ml can. Hazy, dark yellow-ish to orange golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Dank, resinous, piney and tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, oaty and wheaty malty background, notes of mango, some passion fruit, yellow stone fruit, rather homogeneous, hardly analyzable fruitiness overall. Taste is dank, resinous and tropical fruity hoppy, slightly alcoholic, oaty and wheaty malty basis with low residual sweetness, unspecific fruitiness; minimally warming, bitter alcoholic finish. Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. A tad boozy, feels more like a Triple NEIPA - good, but not fully convincing.

Aromas are slightly mild blend of citrus and MJ. A little wet grain in the back. Flavors are similar to nose, juicy, bitter comes out. Good drinking beer but been done before.
