Hand pump at Blue Blazer. Deep red to chestnut, offwhite cream. Light roasty juicy malt nose. Chewy creamy mouthfeel, a hint melanoidin, pleasant fruit, perfumed light earthy finish. Nice.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - dark brown, rather then red. Proportionate head. Nose - nuts, blackberries, honey. Burnt bread. Taste - hazelnuts, burnt bread and hint of highland toffee, or a burnt cookie. Palate - medium bodied, crunchy, dry texture. Dry finish. Overall - good traditional beer.
