Sweet-ish, toasty, malty aroma, notes of toffee, caramel, milk chocolate, candied dark fruit. Taste is sweet malty, minimally toasty, notes of milk chocolate, toffee, caramel, candied fruit; smooth, soft and slightly sticky palate. Very sweet, but very tasty as well.

Bottle (thanks fatphil). Pours reddish brown with beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, syrupy, grains. Flavor is sweet and bitter, caramel, malt, some hops, syrup, grains. Finish is sweet and dry. Covers alcohol well. Overall: very good.

Mylilem sie jest to jeden z nielicznych wyjatkow ze w kraju malo piwnym i o praktycznie zadnej tradycji w tworzeniu kozlakow tu sie udalo. Jest niemal identycznie smakowo jak w najlepszych podwojnych kozlakach. Aromatyczne glownie owoce suszone, figi, rodzynki. Barwa Czerwono rubinowa przezroczyste, ale metnosc piaszczysta na samym dnie byla. Piana chyba jedyny minus bardzo malenka, praktycznie nie bylo jej. Smakowo rozgrzewajace rumowe wrazenia, sok winogronowy, rodzynki, slodkosc daktyli. dwa zastosowane chmiele nie uchwytne, ale i tak smaczne piwo

Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle corked and capped poured into a glass. Clear copper with small beige head. Aroma is caramel, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is pretty rich caramel and bread.

Caña en el Lupulo Feroz 07..07..2017 (r315). Color marron oscuro con espuma beige. Aromas y sabores tostados y caramelos intensos. Ligeras especias. Cuerpo medio a intenso con buena sensacion alcoholica desde el principio. Bastante buena, para repetir sin duda.

Ma note parle d’elle-même je crois... La version que je déguste actuellement est celle de 2015 et elle est divine. J’aime bien cette bière fraîche mais à un an d’âge, c’est aussi succulent. Pruneaux, chocolat, caramel, dattes et épices composent le délicieux palais. La finale est faite de malts délicieux mais que je ne saurais distinguer. Merci pour ce nectar.

Expérience de garde parfaitement réussie avec cette version 2015 dégustée en 2018... C'est toujours une petite merveille, avec beaucoup d'orange, de biscuits et de sucre brut qui atteint le palais positivement. C'est vraiment très différent de la version fraîche. Au nez, la muscade et la cannelle prennent l'avant-plan. 8/3/9/4/17=4.1/5.0
