A traditional Kettle Sour, using Lactobacillus blend as a wort souring agent, then lightly hopped during fermentation. Real Raspberry puree and Lime Zest were added to the final stage of fermentation to provide nice balanced fruit flavours with a noticeable tart acidic finish.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy gold with pink hue and a small, foamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Sweet fruity aroma of grainy wheat malt, raspberry and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy wheat malt, lime zest, raspberry and floral hops in a crisp, dry, acidic, tart Lacto finish. Light body with a watery texture and average to lively carbonation. refreshing and crushable.

A lightly hazed pink ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light cranberry, light acidity, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light cranberry, faint black pepper, OK. On tap at The Joyce.
