Barley malt and hay aroma. Hazy pale yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet barley malt, and moderately bitter grass flavor. Good body.

Plastic Shaker cup draft at Zorn Brew Works in Michigan City, Indiana. The pour is golden with a minimal white head that shows a bunch of fine carb bubbles that rise to the surface. The aroma is fragrant, mild cereal grain and a bit of grass. The taste is a simple grain lager, though clean and well balanced with the cereal grain mild sweet, a hint of corn and earth to the finish. The palate is light to medium bodied with active natural carbonation and a clean finish.
