(375ml bottle from Boxbeers.dk) Pours hazy medium gold with a small white head. Notes are dominated by a combination of fresh Meyer lemon-like citrus and a plethora of woody, spicy, herbal and floral notes that definitely recall gin but not just that: juniper, dried flowers, ginger, dried citrus peels, maybe coriander, aromatic wood. Lightly to moderately sweet, lightly tart (especially for CS), some oak, wet hay Brett, all framed by that spicy botanical mix. Light hint of booze from the barrels. Medium bodied and softly carbonated. You have to like gin to like this, I'd say (and even then it's not a given) but for me this was excellent.
