Draft. A cloudy light golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of funk, flowers, wood, and hops. The flavor is sour with notes of brettanomyces, funk, wood, spicy hops, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen (20/04/2024) - clear yellow with a white head. Tart sour fruit with notes of lemon and grapefruit, tingling carbonation, medium body and light acidity, tangy citrus fruity hoppy close. Nice.

Tap.Hazy yellow colour with small head.Aroma is nice bitter with taste of acid citrus and pine nice bitterness and dry after taste nice well balanced and dry finish.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Almost clear pale yellow, small head. Citric, lactic nose with mild horseblanket. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Citric and mildly floral. Mildly bitter finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, mild earthy herbal, some tart fruity tones with mild sweet malts. Flavour is earthy, floral, herbal, some fruity tones with mild earthy tones. Tartness and a bit lactic acidity to it.

Hazy pale golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of citrus, golden tropical fruit and green herbs. Dry and tart fruity and funky flavour. A rather clean and really refreshing tart beer, but with complexity too.

ABV: 6.5%. Cloudy looking with a medium to light yellow colour with a green touch, a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, barnyard, leather, barrel, grapes, wine - white wine, wood, oak, light citrus - mango, dough touch. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, wheat, tart, barnyard, grapes, wine - white wine, vinous, oak, barrel, funky, medium dry to dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20240225]
