--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear pale yellow, faint head Mild coriander aroma with a hint of lime. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with mild citrus and coriander. Low bitterness.

Bottle 50 cl. Now only called 'Svigerinden' - and at 4,5%. Hazy golden with a solid, white head. Some coriander seed in the nose, but also a less unfortunate phenollic whiff. Medium body, quite a big bubbly mouthfeel, a dry fruitiness and again subtle coriander. Ends dry. Lacking smoothness and finesse. 220124

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is liver casserole, some floral, mild spiciness, dirty yeast and some earth cellar. Flavour is citrus, wheat, some mild spiciness with mild earthy and herbal tones.

ABV: 4.2%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, witbier yeast, elderflower - earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, witbier yeast, wheat, elderflower - earthy, light fruity yeast, citrus - orange peel touch. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20240104]
