My Xmas rating No 18.25/26.Dark amber reddish colour with flavour of dark drid fruit yeast and spices nice well balanced with good note of hops and yeast.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear copper colour, mid sized head. Aroma of caramel, coffee, grapes and marzipan. Sweet with full body and rounded, sticky mouthfeel. Caramel and brown sugar, dates, spicy grass and marzipan. Low bitterness.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear brown with an orange hue and a huge and frothy, beige head with good retention. Nose of dark, dried fruits with a pleasant hint of anise. Rich, complex flavors of dark, dried fruits, some licorice and chocolate. Subdued bitterness. I'm surprised by the two yeasts. Quite pleasant and smooth. 010224

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Reddish amber colour, small off-white foamy head. Aroma is floral, toasted, some mild dried fruits to it with a bunch of wood too. Flavour is coffee, some dried fruits, plum, mild toasted and wooden tones with a bit of yeast as well. Surprisingly thin palate for 7.2 % abv, but the flavour is actually very nice.

ABV: 7.2%. Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, belgian yeast, fruity yeast, sweet yeast - candy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, sweet yeast - candy, belgian yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
