33cl bottle from SiP. Bbe 01.06.2018. Poured pitch black with a thin brown head. Woody, pesty aroma, licorice roasted malts. Peat in flavor, roastedness, licorice, tobacco notes. Oily mouthfeel. Woody notes with peat in the long finish. Enjoyable, really like the peat that Lagavulin gives this beer.

33cl bottle. Pours close to black with a dissipating, beige head. Roasty aroma with nice wooden influence, peat and whisky - was surprised at first, but then I read that Lagavulin was involved and that explains why I liked it immediately. Warming with medium flavour intensity and sweetness. Wouldn't mind more of this one!

Bottled 330ml (Uba ja Humal)
Opaque black color, small brownish head. Coffee, peatyness and chocolate in the roasted nose but also light vegetables and alcohol. Medium to full-bodied. Coffee, peat, roasted malts, a bit of tobacco and alcohol. Kind of boozy but Lagavulin peatyness saves a lot.

Bottle, batch 1 (from Gambrinus 1). Pours dark brown-black with brownish head. Aroma is roast, dark chocolate, malt, some whiskey. Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, alcohol, booze, sweet chocolate, ashy, slightly dirty. Finish is roast-ashy bitter and dark chocolate with some booze. Overall: feels simple and bit dirty, but not bad.
