Bottle shared by Boban in Serbia, transported all the way to Rome-Italy and drunk at Buskers pub with mortlach and Valerio at the end of a all-day-long tasting. Pours a cloudy golden color with a white tick foam which remains and leaves drafts. Nose: rough but tasty, farm notes of hay and grains. Mouth: mild but never thin, milled barley. Bottle at the Zagreb beer fest. Pours almost completely clear golden color, topped with a medium white frothy head. Nice grassy hopy aroma, some malty notes in the back. Taste is a bit funky... grassy and malty with some weird metallic grass in the aftertaste. Moderate bitterness. Too bad, promises a lot more than you really get.

Tap at the Brewpub. Aroma is lightly yeasty, overall quite mild. Clear golden colour. Taste is lightly lemony, including the sourness, but not disturbingly so. Otherwise has balanced malt and hops with no big character in either of them. Overall easily drinkable, quite good svetly.

Cloudy dark yellow to almost orange beer. Tick creamy white head. Pronounced yeast aroma, some spices. MF is a little sparkling, could have had more, medium body and somewhat watery texture. Taste is a little sweet and malty, followed by a decent amount of hop bitterness. In the aftertaste somewhat fruity and citrus in the back of the mouth. Ends nicely dry and bitter.

On tap at the brewpub in Zagreb, July 2008. Slightly hazy golden with a white head. Quite weak aroma of malt and fruits. Light body, not that much carbonation. Not directly tasty but drinkable on a hot day.

27/10 0.3 l draught. Poured not completely clear golden body with medium creamy head. Aroma is of apple sourness, coming from unpasteurized beer. Some fruit sweetness here, too. Very light bodied, without any special prominent flavors, it goes down fast as you want. Moderate carbonation, with finish being quite short reflecting the flavor. Pretty nice homemade brew.
