Blanquecina, turbia. Feo aspecto. Aroma a levadura. En boca gas excesivo y sabor sin conseguir, con punto ácido, levadura presente, algo de vainilla y algo cítrico. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 16A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L0062015. AROMA: overall sweet coriander aroma that starts to vanish after a while. Faint orange and vanilla notes in the background. Wheat notes that start to emerge with time. APPEARANCE: dark gold color and hazy. large white head aided by high carbonation, resulting in coarse bubbles and bellow average retention. TASTE: bready flavour maybe from the yeast with very faint orange and coriander notes (almost imperceptible). low bitterness with a bready, slight wheat and semi-dry aftertaste. PALATE: medium to medium-low body and high carbonation. OVERALL: a witbier that starts to show aging as the aromas and flavours are beginning to fade.
