Bottle from Sip Shop. Pours somewhat dirty orange, not that much foam as I would have expected from hefeweizen. Nose does have some yeast esters, sour wheat character, fruity banana. Not in a great balance though, feels somewhat too sweet. Taste is also sweet, first and foremost. Then little yeast spices and touch of sour. I mean this is drinkable but lacks carbonation (what is really important for this style) and feels somewhat too sweet with other flavours kind of muted. With many flaws, still drinkable I guess.

Bottled 330ml (from Emajõe Öllesaal)
Dark amber colour, no head. Yeasty vegetables in the nose with some banana. Light to medium-bodied, Low carbonation. Overriped banana, yeast. Very flat. Homebrewish.

33cl bottle from Sip, Tallinn. Pours muddy golden to orange with a fairly short-lived white head. Fruity and wheaty aroma with notes of not completely ripe bananas, hints of spices and citrus. Moderate to medium sweet with a bit messy flavours, but a pleasant acidity. Fairly refreshing and certainly drinkable, but nothing memorable.

Bottle, BB 30.12.2017 (from Sip). Pours golden with whiteish head. The head stays for some time. Aroma is sweet, wheat, fruits, banana, esthers. Flavor is sweet and bitter, fruits, banana, wheat, somewhat dirty. Carbonation is really high, alcohol is really showing (and it’s only 4.8%?). Overall: drinkable. Proper Weizen is really hard style to make.
