Vermin 6,5% on sekoite eri golden aleista, jotka ovat kypsyneet 12kk portviini– ja 18kk punaviinitynnyreissä yhdessä erilaisten brettanomyces-villihiivakantojen sekä maitohappoa tuottavien bakteerien kanssa. Tätä hekumallisen punertavaa nektaria on lisäksi kypsytetty paikallisesti hankittujen Zilga-viinirypäleiden kanssa, tuoden olueeseen ryhtiä sekä väriä.
Vermin kyllä puraisee talttahampaillaan happamasti, mutta käytettyjen rypäleiden sekä tynnyreiden ansiosta ensisipaisut tuovat herkullista mausteisuutta, kesäistä marjaisuutta, kirsikkaisuutta, hellää rypälemäistä hedelmäisyyttä sekä viekasta makeaa karamellimaisuutta. Runkonsa on kohtalaisen kuivan pirskahteleva, tanniinien jyrsiessä kitalakea.
Huomioithan, että tässä oluessa on kypsyttelypotentiaalia, joten oikein säilytettynä tämä olut säilyy ja kehittyy vielä useamman vuoden ajan.

Draught at MBCC: light pinkish color. Fruity and funky. Somewhat sour, a bit acidic. Generally solid.

MBCC. Hazy amber without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, red wine and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 100524

Revenant tasting 4/6. Tart, funky and slightly oaky with hints of grapes, berries and vinous notes, hints of bretta and farmyard. Quite smooth and complex, not aggressively sour

From keg @ Juova, Helsinki. Poured cherry red in color, thin head. Funky with blackcurrant notes, notes of vinegar, berries and wood. Light to medium bodied. Session stuff, seldom is a wild ale this drinkable.
