very complex aroma. wood, glue, rasins, dry malts, caramel, booze, dark dried fruitish nutty malty combination. also very barley wineish, european style.
flavor is non-sweet malts, sweet malts, honey or syrup, coffee liqueor, faint dark dried fruits, brown sugar, faint chocolate, nougat, faint brown sugar. tastes like a high end very fine coffee liqeur, probably better than all of those. almost too sweet overall but with such high complexity that you can sit and sip it forever, making a journey out of it.. so much to explore.
If you take some air in, you also get some tobacco, slightly roasted malts, very subtle smoked notes, bit of nuttiness.. only major problem i have with this is that it is extraordinarily sweet.

TCBW2025. Ruby red colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is sweet malts, some dried fruits, berries, toffee and mild vanilla with some alcohol too. Flavour is sweet toffee, dried fruits, plum, raisins, some berries, mild vanilla with some alcohol sweetness as well.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a clear dark burgundy with a small beige head. Aroma has plenty of bourbon barrels, brown sugar, and toasted malt. Flavour is loaded with intense bourbon barrels, brown sugars, and toasted caramel. Rich barrel character and nice malt depth. Excellent.

On tap at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours murky mahagony with a white head. Bready malts, crusts, bourbon barrels on the nose. Flavour has tons of bourbon barrels, caramel, bready malts, crusts. Very good.
