Imperialny Porter Bałtycki leżakowany przez szesnaście miesięcy w beczkach po Bourbonie Heaven Hill, czerwonym winie Amarone oraz Marsali. Infuzowane z dodatkiem ziaren kakaowca, lasek wanilii oraz owoców leśnych co dobrze kontrastuje ze słodyczą Porterowej bazy nadając piwu lekkość odbioru.

Drożdże: Saflager W34/70

TCBW2024. More or less black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is liquorice, some cocoa, mild vanilla, dried fruits and some wooden and whiskey sweetness. Flavour is toffee, liquorice, chocolate, some nutty tones with wood, vanilla and some whiskey tones as well as some dried fruity tones too.

Bottle at BiervanEijk, Steenwijk. Blueberry and dark roast with chocolate, touch of whiskey, vanilla, touch of red wine. Sweet and moderate bitter. Full body. Blueberry in the finish.

Draught, taster. @Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2024, Copenhagen (Denmark). 11/05/2024 [#7.454 Global - #58 Poland - #1 Pinta Barrel (My Polish brewery #30)] Pours pitch black with no head. Aroma: cocoa beans, vanilla, bourbon and spiced chocolate. Taste: chocolate, wine barrels and cocoa beans. Next one, please!
