This blend has threads of Oude Fermier and Oude du Blé which were aged for 18 and 19 months in French Oak 500L Puncheons that were entwined with Sunsets (our Collaboration with Sante Adairius) which had rested for 9 months in French Oak. The blend was finished with a touch of Missouri Wild Ale which had rested for 33 months in neutral oak before the final blend was dry-hopped with Nelson hops.

Sweet and tart, lemomy, oaky, smooth. Nice.

Tap at Tørst. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is big oak, white wine, solid funk, almost acetone, but not quite, very complex. Taste is white wine, nutty, wood, mild tannins. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very tasty, but almost too acidic!

Tørst draught, 4/30/23. Clear brass. White head clings to edge. Initially acetic but opening up somewhat with interesting fruit and other bacterial notes. Quite funky, but theres a hint of acetone on the finish. Acetic, with big fruity cherry, lots of lacto but malty at least. Okay as well. So, somewhat forceful all around. Eh, ultimately another heavily acetic sour from these guys.

Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is oak, lemon zest, floral, yeast. Slick body, citrus, yeast, oak, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Don't mind the dregs photo, forgot to take a first pour pic. Delicious upfront zesty citrus with an oaky acidic finish.
